Guarantees: At Hozelock, we stand by our product guarantees.
If your Hozelock or Hozelock Cyprio product fails within the guarantee period when used as intended, follow our Guarantee Claims Checklist.
For faults within the first 12 months, the retailer will handle your claim if you have proof of purchase. After 12 months, fill out the form below, keep your proof of purchase, and we’ll respond within 3-5 working days.
Orders: Orders take 3 to 5 working days for delivery.

The new General Product Safety Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2023/988 – GPSR) increases the protection of EU consumers against dangerous non-food products sold offline or online. The GPSR will be applicable by businesses and national market surveillance authorities from 13th December 2024.
Hozelock certifies that all products that it manufactures and supplies are designed, tested, and built to standards which are appropriate for their intended use and is committed to ensuring our products are safe and built for purpose.
