Guarantees: At Hozelock, we stand by our product guarantees.

If your Hozelock or Hozelock Cyprio product fails within the guarantee period when used as intended, follow our Guarantee Claims Checklist.

For faults within the first 12 months, the retailer will handle your claim if you have proof of purchase. After 12 months, fill out the form below, keep your proof of purchase, and we’ll respond within 3-5 working days.

Orders: Orders take 3 to 5 working days for delivery.
